Information we use
Information you provide can include contact details, billing and shipping addresses, order contents, payment status and customer-service messages. Information is supplied when you place an order, use an account or contact support. Browsing and device-related information may be used for website operation and analytics. Do not send full card details in support messages.
Why we use it
We use relevant information to process and fulfil orders, arrange payment and delivery, manage returns, answer enquiries, maintain the website, understand browsing performance, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Processing may be necessary to perform your order, meet a legal obligation, pursue legitimate operational interests, or act on consent where required.
Systems & recipients
WooCommerce is used for order management. Cloudflare provides browsing analytics. Our own company employees provide customer service. Relevant order and delivery details may be shared with payment-processing providers and multiple third-party logistics providers to perform their functions. Providers receive information relevant to those tasks; accepted card brands do not identify a particular payment gateway.
Cookies & browsing analytics
Store features can use cookies or similar technologies for cart, session and account functions. Cloudflare is used for website browsing analytics. See Cookies for information about these functions and browser controls. A browsing-analytics service does not make the whole store cookie-free.
Retention
Our default is to retain order and customer-service records during store operation, up to store closure. This is subject to applicable necessity limits, valid earlier deletion requests and legally required retention exceptions. We do not treat this default as permission to keep every category of data indefinitely. Closure does not itself promise immediate automatic deletion of every record.
Security & international handling
Information is handled for the purposes described above and access is limited according to the work required. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed absolutely secure. Orders to the United States, Canada and the European Union may require relevant information to be handled across borders by the operating company and service providers, subject to applicable safeguards and requirements.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough information to identify the relevant record or order without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify the request and consider applicable retention duties. Other rights, such as restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or contacting a supervisory authority, may apply depending on the applicable law and processing involved.
