Return & exchange window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 40 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Contact [email protected] within this period with your order number, SKU and the reason for your request.
Eligible items
New, lightly used, defective items and items with product-quality issues may be returned. Preference-based returns are accepted. Describe the condition and include photographs where relevant so support can give the correct return instructions.
How to return
Email support first. Support will provide the return mailing address and the instructions for your request. Send the item back as instructed. The return address is supplied by email and is not automatically the business or dispatch address.
Return postage
You pay return postage for a change-of-mind or other preference-based return. MUIDDEEBE pays return postage when the return is due to a product problem or quality issue.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt of the returned item. Your payment provider may show the credit according to its own processing schedule.
Exchanges & cancellation requests
For an exchange, contact support, receive the return mailing address, send the item back, and the replacement will be arranged after the return. For an order-cancellation request, email support with your order number as soon as possible. Contacting support does not itself confirm that a cancellation has been completed.
Your rights
This policy does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Contact support if you need help with a defective item or a return request.
